Welcome and thank you for being here with me on this journey into our messy Creative Spaces.

Let me start with a little about myself, if I had to describe myself in one word, it would be a MAKER.

As well as being an avid maker of things, I am also a mother of two, workshop facilitator, community group organiser, homeschooling parent, aspiring artist and chief mess maker over at my creative business MINI MAD THINGS.

I have a Bachelor of Arts in Jewellery Design and a Masters in Textiles.

Read more about my creative journey here.

In this newsletter I delve into topics around creativity (both with children and as an adult), building community spaces, educational pedagogues, sharenting (that’s the phenomenon of parents sharing their children’s lives on social media), neurodiversity, anti-capitalism and much more.

I share practical ideas for bringing creative practices into your home or community spaces, deep-dives into art and craft techniques along with easy-to-do printable activity sheets.

Join me for a honest and often messy look into our Creative Spaces. I’ll warn you now, it won’t be perfect.
