Art in practice: COLLAGE
Join me for a deep-dive into a glue-covered world of collage art techniques inspired by contemporary artists.
My approach to creativity is all about exploration, playfulness and learning through the process of making art. It’s not about being perfect or even the end result at times. For me, it’s about the journey. Thank you for joining me as we embrace the mess and explore together.
For paid subscribers, each month I will delve into an art practice or artists work offering multiple techniques for you to experiment with, inspiration for projects, a list of supplies, resources to delve deeper and book recommendations.
This months deep-dive is all about collage art. I offer project ideas suitable for little ones 5+, up to adults. When creating these projects, I have taken inspiration from artists working in the medium of collage, ranging from the Berlin Dada movement of the 1920’s to modern contemporary art and illustration, including Hannah Höch, Annegret Soltau, David Adey and Ben Giles.
